- When does my coverage start?
- Protection plan coverage begins the day your product is delivered. Defect coverage for the product begins the day our individual product warranty expires. Please review each purchased product for details on the specific warranty associated to that product
- What if the damage falls within this protection plan but American Heritage is unable to fix or replace the product
- In these cases, American Heritage will issue a refund for the value of that specific item. It does not extend to other items that are part of that specific purchase or subsequent purchases
