Question: Does the American Heritage Billiards Warranty extend to secondary purchases?

Answer: If you purchased our pool tables or game room furniture from a dealer of ours, it is best to ask the dealer for their individual policy although our warranty policy does not extend to secondary purchases or giveaways...only the original purchaser maintains the warranty. If you purchased the product directly from us, the warranty policy for each item is included in the product page for that item

Question: If I purchased American Heritage Billiards game room furniture from one of their retail partners, can I return it to American Heritage Billiards or apply for a warranty directly with them?

Answer: American Heritage Billiards cannot directly honor returns or warranties for items that are not purchased through our website. However, we will help you communicate directly with the dealer from whom you purchased the product from to help you obtain a fair outcome

Question: Does the American Heritage Billiard's Warranty Policy cover labor?

Answer: American Heritage Billiards Warranty Policy does not extend to labor; only parts

Insurance Claims

Question: If my pool table or game room furniture was damaged in a flood, fire, during a move, or otherwise, can American Heritage Billiards help with my insurance claim?

Answer: American Heritage Billiards can absolutely help in this situation, please contact us with as much information as possible and we'll do our best to provide information to make the situation better for you

Damages, Missing Items, Replacement Parts

Question: My American Heritage Billiards Pool Table or other Game Room Furniture item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Answer: If the pool table or game room furniture piece was purchased from a dealer of ours, please contact that dealer for a resolution as individual policies may vary. If the pool table or game room furniture piece was purchased directly from us, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue

Question: Can I purchase replacement parts through American Heritage Billiards?

Answer: In some cases, we are able to sell specific parts directly for select pieces. Even if your required part isn't available, we can give advice on what parts you may need and connect you with a local retail partner who can assist you. To see available parts, click here

Question: Can I purchase certain pieces of my game room furniture? For instance, the top of a stool or the base of a home bar?

Answer: We do not sell our product components separately 

Question: What should I do if part of my order is missing?

Pool Table Moves, Installations

Question: I am moving and would like to take my pool table with me to my new home. How can I do this? Can I do it myself?

Answer: American Heritage Billiards Pool Tables must be installed  and disassembled by trained technicians. Our warranty becomes void without verification that the pool table was installed by such a technician. If you contact us, we would happily connect you with local installers familiar with our pool tables who can assist you in either installing or disassembling the pool tables safely and effectively

Question: What can I use to clean my pool table or other game room furniture?

Answer: We list specific care and maintenance instructions for each product on our website individually, on their respective product pages

Order Shipment and Tracking

Question: When will my order be shipped?

Answer: If the pool table or game room furniture piece was purchased from a dealer of ours, please contact that dealer as individual shipping time frames may vary. If the pool table or game room furniture piece was purchased directly from us, please refer to the information in your acknowledgement email. However, most orders arrive within 4-8 business days of purchase

Question: How can I find tracking for my order?

Answer: If the pool table or game room furniture piece was purchased from a dealer of ours, please contact that dealer as individual tracking policies may vary. If the pool table or game room furniture piece was purchased directly from us, you will be sent an email upon shipment of the order which will contain tracking information

Question: Does American Heritage Billiards  offer appraisal on pool tables and/or other game room furniture?

Answer: American Heritage Billiards does not offer values on used pool tables. Our best suggestion is to review the local dealers within your market


Question: Does American Heritage Billiards buy used tables and/or other furniture?

Answer: Unfortunately, we do not buy back used pool tables or other game room furniture

 

Question: I believe I have a pool table or game room furniture piece from American Heritage Billiards but I don't know the name or model number of the piece...can you help?

Answer: If you send us an email with images and any other information you have on the item, we will do our best to identify if the pool table or game room furniture piece is ours and if so, what that specific item is 

Question: Am I able to change the finish or color on American Heritage Billiards Pool Tables or Game Room Furniture?

Answer: Each American Heritage Billiards Pool Table or piece of Game Room Furniture is designed, engineered, and produced to serve a specific game room purpose, both stylistically and functionally. Our design team closely examines industry trends and emerging color waves in an effort to create the best possible furniture for your home, often with the idea of coordinating with other pool tables, home bars, and game room furniture we produce. The finishes and/or color choices reflect these decisions and cannot be modified


Question: I'm trying to coordinate finishes in my home; are you able to send a finish sample to help?

Answer: In some cases, we will have finish samples available to send out, depending on the item in question. Please contact us and we'll do our best to help

Question: How can I find the weight capacity of your stools and chairs?

Answer: The weight capacity of each stool and chair is listed on the individual products pages or that item

Question: Should I place a rug under my pool table? If so, is there anything to consider?

Answer: A rug can be an excellent way to accent a pool table though it should be correctly sized to the room and allow for proper posture while playing the game.  Using a comfortable shooting posture, both feet should be completely on or completely off the rug.  An improperly sized rug can become a tripping hazard while a participant works their way around the table. We also recommend using a rug which features a non-skid backing.

Question: Can certain items from American Heritage Billiards be used commercially?
